BOOKING
A proposal for all costs will be provided upon request. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event. The remaining payment is due 3 days in advance of your event.
CATERING SERVICES
Available upon request. A separate proposal will be provided by our catering partners.
TAXES & FEES
All beverage and staffing costs are subject to 15% gratuity.
All event charges are subject to 13% CR Sales Tax.
LATE ARRIVALS
El Garito reserves the right to charge 100% of the contract and cancel any event that runs outside of the scheduled event time.
STAFFING
Staffing needs are based on the number of guests, the space utilized, and the complexity of the menu served. Fees for additional staff are as follows:
Servers – Included
Bartenders – Included
DJ Fee* – $75 per hour (3 hour minimum)
*If hiring your own DJ, he/she must bring own equipment or place a $1500 Security Deposit for use of our equipment. No deposit necessary for our in house DJs.
Security – $75 each (one per 50 guests)
RENTAL FEES
Rental rates are based on day of the week, time, and availability.
Open Bar Rental will be per guest varying by alcohol tier plus a per guest hourly rate exceeding 2 hours.
Facility Rental will be per hour at a 3 hour minimum.
DJ Equipment – $350 plus $1500 Equipment Security Deposit
All rentals Include use of venue including lighting, dance floor, VIP sections, private restrooms and DJ booth.
